Copyright and Course Material. Material contained in EPDI’s learning management systems is the property of EPDI’s Suppliers. Placing the materials on a marketplace, open source, shared content or any third-party websites is strictly prohibited. Students, teachers, tutors and all others and their employers agree not to copy or distribute any materials contained in EPDI’s learning management systems.

Copyright and Workshops and Facilitator-led Courses. Material contained in EPDI workshops and facilitator-led courses may contain material from EPDI’s suppliers and materials that are considered Fair Use for Educational purposes. According to Section 107 of the Copyright Act: “ the fair use of a copyrighted work, including such use by reproduction in copies or phonorecords or by any other means specified by that section, for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching (including multiple copies for classroom use), scholarship, or research, is not an infringement of copyright.

Honor Code - EPDI trusts in the integrity of the course participant to observe the honor code. The honor code assumes that the student will be honest when taking an exam. The student agrees that only he or she will take the exams and complete required exercises and that he or she will not distribute or share exam questions or provide answers to other students enrolled in the course.

Passwords - Students may not disclose or share their password with others, and will notify EPDI if he or she believes that someone has learned their passwords.
